A little note to everyone in a management position, pleasetake care of yourself because one these days one of your employees will need the day off and you might be in the hospital. I know someone this happened to and seeing the pictures from the excursion are almost torture.

The Nutcracker part happens at the boat ramp. That's when you fail to remove the boat from the trailer as the trailer is leaving the water. Only novice fishermen are guilty of this manuver. The novice fisherman being the one IN THE BOAT.

I think that would be a coccyx catastrophe and a nutcracker all rolled into one.

My mistake was putting an also ran fisherman/novice driver behind the steering wheel of my truck.
