St. Marks offshore 5/14/06...........................Almost
Tuff day sure enough H n M! Like you said, it could have happened a few miles out and made the day even worse. Glad your ready for the next trip
As long as we're talking about problems... let me just mention to everyone who trailers their rig... My wife and I were returning from visiting my folks in Frost Proof on Sunday. I counted no less than 6 trailers or vehicles with folks working on changing a destroyed tire. This time of year when the temp of the road gets up there and folks forget that their tires are beginning to show some wear often times are reminded of the fact along side of the road.

Don't know if Mr Ben is still alive but the family and the name is still going strong.
I mentioned to Dad how the trees looked so pale and was wondering if it was do to lack of rain since it has been so dry down there. He said it was the variety of trees that have been planted since the last bad freeze. They are supposed to be more cold tolerant but don't have that real deep green that I remember. The processing plants we passed were all going great guns.

Hesus !! Like Sir said you re lucky it didn't happen offshore....
You are also lucky the trailer didn't break-down on the way home....
My evinrude manual says to apply some graphite on the threads of the new plugs, and that will make the next spark plug change a breeze. I changed my plugs yesterday and used a Teflon lubricant on the threads, and set the gap kind of tight.
Better luck next time...
