Has anyone been fishing Keaton this week? I was wondering if the water has gotten back to normal since the storms and how is the bite?

They all do have good boat ramps. I have had the best luck in West Bay. Mainly on the north shore side. I normally start out where West Bay and North Bay split and work back to the West.

You can fish anywhere in West Bay, North Bay, East Bay, or St. Andrews. If you put in at the college you can run north to West Bay, a short distance. There is decent trout fishing there.

Mexico Beach - Fish House (Seafood and good breakfast), Two Crabs (Raw steamed seafood), I personally am not a fan of Toucans. Also Beach Pizza has good sandwiches and pizza. Sharons has good breakfast but be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

Looks like tomorrow will be a perfect November day for fishing out of Keaton except for the full moon. Low tide at 7.30 am. You will not have a problem getting out of the canal or channel.
