Re: Braided Line Experiences?

Been using the albright knot for my flouro and mono leaders tied to various powerpro (20/30 lbs test). The albright seems to work well on my baitcaster where I'm using 17lb mono, haven't lost any lures yet. Unfortunately, this knot isn't working very well for my spinning rods where i'm using 20lb ...

Re: Building a Kayak Rack

Yeah, i thought this rack would have to have a lot of bottom weight. I can drill into the walls at my apartment's garage. Right now the kayaks are just sitting on a couple of 2x4's making it only a couple inches off the ground. I guess it'll have to do for now. Thanks for the input.

I want to build a rack mainly because I'm a renter and can't do any permanent jobs to my garage unit. Just wanted to build something ...

New Kayak Fisherman

Hello All,

Just getting into the sport and I'm starting to get an interest in fishing inshore around the Apalachee Bay area. I haven't been out there yet but I plan to go soon. Seems as though the three most common fish around that area are Redfish, Flounder and Trout. Any advice as to what type of ...
