Hyper Grubs don't have a curly tail trailer.. But of course they don't need to be with a buck tail jig either.

Try the 5 inch or 6 inch shrimp tail Hyper Grub with just a regular jig head. And if you want a trailer for a buck tail try the 6 inch squid..

I got a 8 year old son, and I know what you mean. It don't matter if the fish were biting or not as long as you were with your child trying.

Terrible tide.. We never got to fish the outgoing tide. Caught lots of shorts and worked hard for the two keeper (trout) we got. Maybe things will get better by the first of next week when the tides get better.
I hope others had better luck than we did.

Bobby Fergusons boat is the Blue Dolphin. He is pretty well known around Keaton Marina. If you fish out of there alot, I thought you might know him.
