Why not just post images somewhere like Imgur then embed them here?

Old thread, but you mention "fishing the flats"... but also say 1,000yds of 100lb and yak'ing baits out, which implies big time shark fishing...

Re: Let's go spearfishing
Always looking to get out with new people in the area! Prefer strictly freediving for spearing however, no scuba. Shoot me a PM if you're interested in talking shop!

Re: Anyone Spearfish?
There are quite a few of us avid spearos in the area! Finding appropriate water can be a challenge due to clarity issues, so it's often easier to head west towards PC and Destin. Sharks are just a normal part of the routine, you'll get used to them. Stringers are not suggested when spearing ...

Re: Wunderground site?
You can quickly determine whether your issue is one of browser caching by using an "Incognito Window" (Chrome, CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-N) or "Private Window" (Firefox, CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-P), then browsing to http://www.Wunderground.com and entering the desired zip code. If this method works successfully (and it ...

Don't have any experience sightfishing for them, but I catch tons of Sheepshead incidentally while surf fishing for Pompano with sand fleas.

Re: St Marks 8/16
Timmy, I would guess that was a Jack Crevalle you hooked into, rather than a pompano. They look pretty much identical in the water until you've got them topside, and I've never heard of a pomp hitting something like a Spook. Don't typically see them out there this time of year either, at least in my ...

Re: Fishing the Wacissa River
Great bass fishing on the Wacissa from a kayak. Toss spinnerbaits and beetle spins.
Re: sailcats
Haven't noticed an "explosion" of sailcat numbers myself, they seem about as equally annoying as they've ever been the 15 years I've fished the area.

Necro thread, but I'm always looking to spearfish more locally. Currently drive to Destin regularly to get my fix. Give me a shout if you need a ride along!

Re: READ THIS!!!!
Welcome to the area! Just a quick caution as someone is always sure to point it out...be careful wading the Bald Point area, especially if you've got a stringer. Big 10ft+ gators roam those salt flats and are not shy about introducing themselves!
