my fathers pond is full of those things, very posinous. They are not of the constricting type, more so of the biting type. Looks like someone made the right call as to what to do.

2 .) with trebble hooks stretch 30, bombers, rattletraps, crankbait ----- medium heavy

I have hung a few here and there fishing for reds with a spinnerbait. I read an article the other day that said use the same size spinner as for reds but change out the grub for a smaller bucktail jig and fish at near the bottom.
