Re: NFGFC August Tourney Pres. by Sea Tow - Carrabelle 8/7/1

Count me and my daughters, Catherine and Claire as in. Sounds fun. I've never fished the area. Can someone give me some guidance on where to launch? I'll drive over from tally in the a.m. Perhaps I'll conduct a recon next week to get a feel for the area.

Re: Holy Crap!

Well, I just got done cutting up a tree that feel accross my road. Damn wateroak. Over 4" of rain at my home off Buck Lake Rd. and Chaires Cross Rd.

I'd rather be fishing (not during the storm, of coarse).

Re: NFGFC July Tourney ROLL CALL - 7/10/10 @ Jerry's B&T

Today was my first tourney. My daughter and I had a great time thanks to the NFGFC. The food was great. Its good to see some people are catching hfish. We didn't have much luck on the flats but it was fun being with everyone at Jerry's. Thanks. By the way, perhaps next time the club and sponsors can...

Re: Best way to catch Spanish mackeral inshore

Looks interesting and fun. I want to give this a try this weekend. What water depth should I focus on? I'm thinking about target the St. Marks west flats.

Ok, sounds like Pete is the man. I don't need mine repaired (yet) but I'll remember him when I do. How about Parkway Marine. I see it's a sponsor. What's its rep?

Re: saturday weather and fishing????

Must have been that and my imagination. It does make sense as I was heading west while the wind would have been blowing the exhaust toward the boat. I'm wondering about the boom placement. Is it being staged or will it soon begin to block the river and creeks.
