I've seen those on other rivers marking deadhead logs to be pulled from the river for harvesting. Not sure if that it the case here.

I think I saw you drifting off the beach on Saturday by the big bald eagles nest. We were on the beach with the two tents and grille just before the water spout ran us off.

Just joined. Been snooping around lately so I decided to make it official. I see a lot of familiar names here and look forward to chiming in from time to time with a post or two. I fish inshore from Hickory Mounds to SGI primarily from my kayak.
