Wakulla Beach ramp?
I've heard a few folks talk about fishing around Wakulla Beach. If I understand correctly Wakulla Beach is located over behind Patty's Island. Is there a ramp over there? I have a 17' Sea Pro and have put in at Shell Point before but was curious if there were any other ramps in that area.

Any recent reports from SGI East End?
Heading down to SGI this weekend and thought we'd hit the State Park and the east end. Just curious if anyone has seen, heard or experienced anything being caught down there yet?

Knot questions?
What is the best knot to use when tying lures such as Mirrolures, Top Dogs and spoons directly to the line? I've heard that certain knots allow for better action of the lure.
Also, if I'm using 20lb flourocarbon for a leader what is the best way to attach that to my line- black swivel or I've seen ...

Big Bend SWC
Just curious how the Big Bend Saltwater Classic will effect fishing in the St. Marks area this weekend. I've never been out fishing in a boat the same weekend. Should I expect significantly more boaters out there, less bait at bait shops, or does it not really effect that area?

St George Island fishing
I'm heading down to St George Island the week of July 4th and staying on the west end in the Plantations. I've heard about fishing the cut there, can anybody give me some info. I'll have a 17ft Sea Pro. The only fishing I've ever done before on the island is driving down to the East End so I'm ...

Shell Point fishing?
I'm going to be putting in at Shell Point on Saturday. I've been fishing a few times out of there with others but this will be the first time in my own boat and I'm not real familiar with the area. Just looking for suggestions on where to fish. East or West, any landmarks around there? Any info ...

Thanks for the info.
Thanks for the info Tom. I have been a faithful student of this site for a few months now and have learned a ton about fishing in this area. Can't wait to put all the knowledge to use this spring. Keep up the good work!

Best way to pickup live pin fish?
Can anybody give me an idea of the best way to pick up some live pin fish? I'm a little new to saltwater fishing down here. Can you buy them live or do you have to catch them while your out there?

Advice on tides?
I've been fishing in this area for a number of years now but have never owned my own boat or been too serious about it. I have now married into a nice flats boat and am looking forward to using it often this spring. Can anyone give me some advice on fishing the tides around the St. Marks area? Best ...
