my dad went out today with a couple of friends in my boat and with less than perfect weather they hit a shallow water number in about 30 ft he said they caught tons of short red and gag grouper but only caught a few keepers 2 reds,1 gag and a sack full of grunts and black fish.with cooler temps ...

I have a j16 and wouldn't trade it for any other flats boat might get you a little moist on a rough day but its a good boat
