Re: Rural Internet Options???
I have never had satellite, but i've heard it's pricey and not as fast as DSL or Cable internet. I would look into an "air card" from your local cell phone provider. The speed is comparable to a DSL connection and it is probably cheaper than satellite.....you just need to be sure that you ...

DEMISE OF LAKE TALQUIN....SAY IT AINT SO!!!!

Econfina 4/18/2009
the day started off a little breezy and chilly. Fished the incoming tide first thing this morning and bagged 2 keeper reds (24" and 22") pretty much towards the end of the high tide or maybe even slack tide. Didn't see alot of fish, but then again the water looked like we were fishin in a ...

Re: Lake Miccosukee 4/3/09
Why do you make your line on your jig pole so short? Would a yellow Sally work just as well? I was born and raised in the glades of south FL.....where any place with spec's in it don't have a place deeper than 5 or 6 feet. that's just how i was raised to catch specs.....it's funny you say that beca...

Lake Miccosukee 4/3/09
After all of this rain this week I watched the sun shinin all day long today and so i decided to head over to Lake Miccosukee after work to see if i could catch a few specs. I got about an hour's worth of fishin in before dark and caught 6 specs and missed 3. Every single one just about swallowed my...

Well here it is and I've been in the mood to go giggin. so i went out and bought me a nice stainless gig and underwater floundering...
